Life coaching is a powerful relationship in which a trained coach assists
a client in discovering the abundant life God has uniquely designed for
him or her. As your coach, I will support you to create a passionate
vision for the various aspects of your life, helping you construct multiple
strategies for achieving goals consistent with your values. I provide
a safe place for you to explore and discover solutions while providing
support, accountability and unconditional encouragement along your chosen
