Michael Todd Wilson, MS, LPC began his career in the business world working for a major consulting firm prior to his return to graduate school for a second career in counseling, which he considers a calling on his life. He is now a licensed professional counselor, certified sex therapist and life coach with a Masters in Counseling from Georgia State University and a Certificate in Christian Counseling from Psychological Studies Institute. He has prior inpatient treatment experience with Charter, Rapha, Minirth-Meier New Life Clinics and Florida Hospital. Michael Todd transitioned into private practice in Central Florida in 1998 where he worked until his relocation to the Atlanta area in 2004.

He is co-founder of the Intimacy Counseling Center in Duluth, Georgia, along with Dr. Doug Rosenau, Dr. Michael Sytsma and Vickie George. He also serves as director and co-founder of ShepherdCare, a nonprofit ministry which seeks to provide support and training for ministers to promote health and long-term effectiveness in ministry.
